2.Q. How to display the Inflatables?
A. An inflatable is inflated with a cold air blower. This blower needs to run as long as you want the inflatable displayed. Please display the inflatables according to the instruction manual.

3.Q: Can you print my picture or logo onto the products?
A: Yes, we need your picture or logo in Vector graph made by CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator.

4. Q: Want a catalog?
A:Most of our range is displayed on the website. If you need whole catalog, Please tell us the item you are interested in by email. We are pleased to answer any questions.

5. Q:How do you start the order?
A:We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment. If the order is urgent, you'd better pay 100% in advance.

6. Q: Can we change the size and color based on the original ?
A: The size and color can be changed according to your requirement. Please contact us to get more information about the changed inflatables.

7. Q: What's the material?
A: Our inflatable pool and air-sealing inflatable items are made of PVC Tarpaulin. The material for Inflatable air-sealing items have got the BS7837、EN14960、EN71 certification. It is regarded to be the best material for Inflatable air-sealing items. The water ball and zorb ball is made from TPU or PVC with CE certificate.

8. Q: How about blowers?
A: Our inflatables including blower have been exported all over the world like USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, Korea, Middle East and so on , they are suitable for these market. 9. Q: How about the guarantee?
A: Our guarantee time is 2 year under normal case. All the inflatable items will be double tested before delivery to make sure there is no any problem for the items. And each inflatable item is equipped with repair kit and manual. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it according to the manual. The instruction of correct using inflatable items can help you maintain the inflatable item for long span life.

10.Q. What accessories come with the Inflatables?
A. The package includes an electric blower, tie down ropes, tarpaulin sheet and repairing material. All these accessories are provided in a carry bag.

11. Q: How do I clean the inflatable games and boats?
A: Just use soap water to clean it .

12. Q: What is the producing time?
A: According to the order quantity. Regularly, our capacity of water ball is 500 pcs one week.

13. Q: How to pay?
A: T/T or Western Union ,50% down payment before production, 50% balance before shipping. The bank informations, please contact our sales.

14. Q: How about the shipping?
A: We have our own shipping company, so we can offer the more suitable price and service. And the shipping agent you appointed is also acceptable. The inflatable goods can be sent by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 work days maximum and by sea 20-30 days. Air charge is different form different countries.
